The terms governing your use of this website. These terms cover the website only — services performed by the workshop are governed by a separate Service Agreement provided at the time of booking.

1. About These Terms

This website (smautomotivesolutions.com, including any subdomains, hereafter "the Site") is operated by SM Automotive Solutions (ABN 70 270 045 035), a sole trader operating in South Australia ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Site you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Eligibility & Use of the Site

You must be at least 18 years of age, or accessing the Site under the supervision of a parent or guardian, to use it. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use of it.

3. Nature of the Site

The Site provides general information about the workshop, the services we offer, and a means to submit an enquiry. The Site does not sell goods or services online. No transaction, payment, booking confirmation, or binding contract is created by your use of the Site or by submitting an enquiry through it.

We make reasonable efforts to keep the information on the Site current and accurate, but we do not warrant that it is complete, up-to-date, or free from error. Service descriptions, capabilities, indicative pricing, brand affiliations, and workshop availability are subject to change without notice. For an accurate, current quote please submit an enquiry — we will respond with the information that applies to your specific job.

5. Enquiries

Submitting an enquiry through the Site does not constitute acceptance of a service by us, does not create a contract, and does not guarantee that the workshop has capacity or suitability to perform the work described. We will respond to enquiries within a reasonable timeframe. Any actual engagement of services will be confirmed separately and will be governed by our Service Agreement provided at the time of booking.

Information you submit through the enquiry form is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, photographs of workshop builds and vehicles, the SM Automotive Solutions logo and branding, page layouts, and design — is owned by or licensed to SM Automotive Solutions and is protected by Australian and international copyright and trademark laws.

You may view and access the Site for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, frame, scrape, or use any part of the Site for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

7. Third-Party Services and Links

The Site uses or links to third-party services and websites, which may include (without limitation):

• Form-handling services that process enquiry submissions;

13. Relationship to the Service Agreement

These Terms govern your use of the Site only. Where you engage SM Automotive Solutions to perform work on your vehicle, the terms of that engagement are set out in our Service Agreement, which is presented to you for signing at the time of booking. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and the Service Agreement in relation to workshop services, the Service Agreement prevails.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, that provision will be severed and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Australia.
